DoggieBox is designed to be simple for you AND your customers.
DoggieBox enables you YOUR customers to order from YOU on YOUR website:
- no competitors to 'steal' your orders
- no confusion over orders
- no comprimises for you
Customers register before they place an order, so you get FULL contact details - useful for checking an order or for marketing follow up emails.
Customers can order directly from your menu, it is always up to date, so no old menus with out of date prices and items.
You choose to accept cash / cheques or credit cards* OR both.
With credit card payment, you can get your money at the end of the day - DoggieBox does not hold YOUR money for even one day.
* The credit card facility is provided by Google Checkout and is optional. You always retain the “Cash on Collection” facility.
Your customers receive emails automatically at preset stages of the order - you don't have to do anything - it's automatic:
- When they place the order they receive a CONFIRMATION email
- When you ACKNOWLEDGE the order
- When you COMPLETE the order
- If you REJECT an order
